As with all projects, alongside our office-based team, a dedicated Project Manager will orchestrate the entire process from inception to fruition to ensure this is pleasurable and satisfying experience.
Project Management
When you appoint Loft Property you get true Project Management.
You will have a dedicated Project Manager who, alongside our office-based team will coordinate any combination of structural engineers, architects, building control, our core team and specialist trades to ensure the compliance and smooth running of the works.
Accurate timescales, a contract, works schedule and payment schedule are agreed in advance. Regular written updates advise of the status of works, consolidate all activity, warn of any significant events approaching and keep a tracker on any additional works requested.
We will look after your interests and co-ordinate everything from foundations to build, electrical, plumbing and heating installations, windows and doors, kitchen and bathroom installation, tiling and flooring, down to the last door knob being fitted.
