Project Management
Loft Property liaise and co-ordinate with architects, planning departments, building control officers, structural engineers and specialist contractors on your behalf. Using Loft as a single point of contact ensures the smooth running of your project, reduces stress immeasurably and leaves you to focus on the more enjoyable elements, such as finishes and furnishings. You will have as standard, a dedicated CITB Site Qualified Project Manager and CITB qualified Site Supervisor along with constant ongoing support from our office at every step of the way, including post project care.
Surveys & Quotes
Surveys and quotes are put together by a Project Manager, rather than an estimator. This way, the project can be assessed accurately from a ‘practical on site’ perspective.
Uniformed, Professional, Health and Safety Conscious
Our team wear smart, HSE compliant uniform. Our projects are run by CITB qualified Site Supervisors and Managers. There is always a qualified First Aider on site. All operatives are fully trained in each element of their role and care is taken when working with young families to ensure our stringent Health and Safety standards are adhered to. This keeps you, the site and our core team and contractors safe for the duration of the project.
Budgets and Timescales
A great deal of effort goes into planning at the early stages of your project. This crucial period in your project allows us to accurately assess costs and timescales, allowing us to complete works within budget and on time.
Contracts, Payment Schedule, Updates
We believe communication is key to a successful working relationship. Loft Property keep you completely informed at each stage. Once engaged, we agree a contract detailing scope of works and a payment schedule. Regular written updates are issued, including statements detailing any additional items added along the way, all in addition to the ongoing verbal contact throughout the works. Queries are responded to quickly and efficiently. Because of this system, there are no unpleasant surprises or ambiguity.
